Program Summary

• Referrer Reward:
  2 free months of eViewIoT service per referred location
  Maximum reward: 12 free months total
• New Customer Reward:
  1 free month of eViewIoT service per referred location

This means:

• Refer 1 location → You get 2 free months, they get 1 free month
• Refer 3 locations → You get 6 free months, they get 3 free months
• Refer 6 locations → You hit the maximum of 12 free months

Who Can Participate

• Any active eViewIoT customer in good standing
• Referrals must be:
  • Net-new customers
  • Not already in our sales pipeline or under active discussion
  • Legitimate business locations capable of deploying eViewIoT

How It Works

1. Submit a Referral
   Provide:
   • Company name
   • Contact name
   • Email and/or phone number
   • Number of locations being referred
2. We Contact the Prospect
   Our team handles all outreach, demos, and onboarding.
3. Referral Is Qualified
   A referral is considered complete when:
   • A contract is signed
   • Hardware is installed
   • The first invoice is paid
4. Rewards Are Issued
   • Referrer receives 2 free months per location
   • New customer receives 1 free SaaS month per location
   • Credits are applied automatically to upcoming invoices

Reward Limits & Rules

• Maximum referrer reward: 12 total free months
• Maximum new customer reward: 12 total free months
• Credits apply to monthly fees only (not hardware, installation, or services)
• Credits:
  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be redeemed for refunds
• Referrer & new customer must remain an active customer in good standing
• Credits are applied to future billing cycles
• eViewIoT reserves the right to validate all referrals before approval
